If paying by paypal this must be done in person - A proof of photo ID and/or proof of address and the print out of the online transaction must be produced whilst collection for safety and security for both parties
Payments can also be made via Credit/Debit card or cash on collection. Cash on collection will give you an opportunity to view the appliance before committing and what you are paying for. Please feel free.

RETURNS POLICY
Only products that are faulty within the first 7 days of purchase can be returned to the Store (Back to Base) for an exchange or a full Credit Note (Valid for 28 days) if a suitable replacement cannot be found.
All returns will be inspected by an Engineer, in your home if required, prior to any refund or Credit Note being authorized.
All items are sold as seen and we will not accept liability for missing accessories, shelves, cables, baskets etc after the item has been sold.
An Engineer will repair products over 28 days; if the product cannot be repaired then an exchange or Credit Note will be given.
Items cannot be returned if found unsuitable or unwanted.
1. We are unable to refund or exchange goods without proof of purchase.
2. We only hold deposits for a maximum of 7 Days. After this time customers will lose deposits on uncollected items.
3. Only products that are found faulty within the first 7 days of purchase can be returned (subject return back to base). An engineer will then either examine the goods or repair, in your home if required, within 7 working days before any decision is made. If the product cannot be repaired then an exchange or credit note will be issued.
4. Please kindly examine goods for cosmetic damage before purchase as well as on delivery, as we sell transport damaged, cosmetically damaged and graded goods.
5. We recommend that all your electrical/gas appliances MUST be installed by a qualified Corgi/Gas Safe registered engineer as faults can occur if not fitted correctly. Proof of installationMUST be produced in case of any fault, failure to do so will invalidate the warranty.
6. Any item paid for or which a deposit has been left cannot be refunded if a customer changes his/her mind and/or found unsuitable or unwanted.
7. If a decision has been made for goods to be returned and refunded, a handling charge of 25% will be occurred.
8. Please ensure all products are inspected before signing as no claims for damages/wrong goods will be accepted after delivery or leaving shop.
9. If an engineer is called out and if no fault is found or the appliance was not installed by a
Qualified technician or wrongly installed or for any other reason, then a call out fee of £50.00 will be applied and will be incurred by the customer which is payable upfront whilst booking the call out. This will be refunded immediately if a fault is found on the appliance.
